Sanctioned Projtes:
PRINCE works in association with different National and International
NGOs. Following projects have been sanctioned and the work
is in progress.
1.Promotion
of Parabolic Solar Cookers in rural areas through Aanganwadi
WorkersProject Partners: AID (Association for India's Development)
Austin, USA.
Current Status Of The Project:
Project has been sanctioned by AID, Austin, USA and their
contribution is handed over to their Indian counterpart. The
project is ongoing and actual distribution of parabolic cookers
will start in Sept. 2004, after monsoon. Arrangement for training
are already made.
2.Sustainable
Energy Alternatives for rural/tribal non electrified villages
through local resources:Project Partners: EWB (Engineers Without
Borders) USA.
Current Status Of The Project:
Site Selection :Village Trishul, has been selected
as the site for proposed project. Trishul is 18 km from Dhadgaon,
in Nandurbar District.
Project has been sanctioned by EWB, USA. In the first phase
students from EWB and from SSVPS BSD COE Dhule will carry
out energy survey in 1st and 2nd week of August.Site visit

Programme for participants from EWB, USA in India:
Participants: Mike Whitaker, Mark Pitterle, and Tim
Olson along with staff Prof. Anuradha Ramaswami from Colorado
university.

will be in Mozda on 7th and 8th August 2004,
